Frequently asked questions

No. Classes are welcoming to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You will be offered choices and adaptations, and you are always invited to move at a pace that feels right for your body.

Bring a mat or a comfortable place to sit, water, and any props that help you feel supported—such as a blanket, cushions/bolster, or a chair (chairs are available at in-person classes). Everyday items can work well: cushions or pillows can replace a bolster, books can substitute for yoga blocks, and a belt can be used as a strap.

Yes. These practices are created to support women through changing energy, stress, sleep, mood, strength, and the many transitions of midlife. You do not need to be “fit enough” or have a particular kind of yoga body to begin.

We begin with grounding and a check-in to clarify what you need most. Seated or resting comfortably on a massage table, you will be guided through gentle somatic inquiry, Reiki techniques, and—where appropriate—connection with spirit helpers to help you reconnect with your own powerful energy and inner wisdom.

We close by re-grounding, checking in, and ensuring you feel settled before you leave.
