All About Energy Healing Sessions
Our Energy Healing Sessions combine Reiki, Somatic Inquiry and Spiritual Healing. Learn more about each method below.

Reiki Healing
Holy Fire Karuna Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful energy-based therapy that promotes deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Developed by William Lee Rand, this approach combines traditional Reiki with the Holy Fire energy — a refined, compassionate vibration that encourages release of stress and emotional tension. Many people find that sessions help ease anxiety, improve sleep, reduce muscle tension, and restore a sense of calm focus. Reiki works holistically, supporting both physical and emotional balance while fostering an overall sense of well-being and inner peace.

Somatic Mindfulness Inquiry
Through Somatic Mindfulness Inquiry you are invited into your body, breath and present-moment awareness so that your nervous system begins to trust that you are safe now.
By gently bringing attention to these felt experiences, noticing how your body responds, and learning tools to ground and orient yourself, you begin to release old patterns of anxiety, overwhelm or tension — and reclaim access to calm, clarity and presence in your everyday life.

Spiritual Healing
Drawing on core shamanic principles taught by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, this healing modality honours the interconnectedness of body, mind, spirit and land. In a session you are invited into a respectful partnership with spirit helpers and ancestral wisdom to release energetic obstructions, reclaim lost parts of your vital essence, and restore alignment with your deeper self. By bridging ordinary awareness with non-ordinary realms of consciousness, the work supports release of trauma held in the subtle realms, returning you to greater wholeness, clarity and grounded power.
All About Yoga Classes
Our Yoga Classes combine the styles of Kundalini and Yoga Nidra. Learn more about what to expect below.

Energy Yoga Class
Our yoga and meditation classes integrate the dynamic energy practices of trauma-informed Kundalini yoga with the deep restorative rest of Yoga Nidra.
Through conscious repetitive movements, guided breathwork, mantra and stillness, you will engage and regulate your nervous, immune and hormone regulation systems—cultivating greater vitality during the active part of the practice and profound relaxation and restoration in the resting portion.
The Kundalini aspects of this class invite you to tune into what your body needs. You are your own best guru and are encouraged to listen to your body and go at your own pace and comfort level with all movements. Movement will be initiated from a seated (floor or chair) or standing position, engaging the spine, core, arms and legs and can be adapted to your needs.
The Yoga Nidra component invites a restful yet awake state that supports improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and nervous-system balance. Through guided meditation practice and silence we come to deep rest with our attention centred in the heart. This part of class is best done lying on the floor, but can be done in a chair as well.
It's helpful to bring a yoga mat, water, a blanket or two, cushions or other yoga props you may have in order to be comfortable during all parts of the class.
In order to have a full Yoga Nidra experience our classes usually run 75 minutes.
