Service Description

Have some experience with yoga poses, breathwork, meditation and mantra, and/or have taken the "Intro to Kundalini" class with me before? This class is for you! We will be working in standing, seated and laying-down positions from the floor. Join us Wednesdays 7:15-8:30 pm! Next class starts January 22.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Yoga classes can be cancelled up to the 2nd session in a series. Payment for services or classes are due upon arrival to session/class by cash, cheque or e-transfer to ravenswingconsulting@gmail.com
